He emphasizes on man’s greed and rebukes those that desire what is not rightfully theirs. The reasons are plausible on their own right. This is because when God created man and commanded him to till and subdue the earth, His intentions were that people should live in harmony. However, man’s greed increased that he annexed what was initially common for all men. This passage has a significant role to the rest of the world. The author mentions an example that serves to remind people that common land is not individual land. He says that even in England, or any part of the world, within a government, no one has the right to appropriate or enclose any part without the consent of the rest of the people
